Service Description

AiML SuperAgent provides software, documentation, workflow templates, subscriptions, API-key access, and related tools for operating AI coding assistants with scoped project memory, verification workflows, and context-minimizing practices.

Accounts, API Keys, And Access

Paid checkout may issue an API key that identifies your subscription and access level. You are responsible for protecting keys, tokens, passwords, and access credentials. Do not share, publish, resell, or expose API keys.

• You must provide accurate checkout and contact information.
• API keys may be revoked, rotated, rate-limited, suspended, or replaced to protect the service or enforce these terms.
• You are responsible for all activity under API keys issued to you unless you promptly notify us of suspected compromise.

Acceptable Use

You may not use AiML SuperAgent to violate law, attack systems, abuse infrastructure, or harm other people or services.

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, billing limits, or security controls.
• Do not upload or submit secrets, private keys, protected customer data, or regulated data unless the service explicitly supports it in writing.
• Do not use the service to generate malware, credential theft tooling, spam, harassment, or illegal content.
• Do not reverse engineer non-public systems or misuse APIs in a way that degrades the service.

AI And Software Output

AiML SuperAgent supports AI-assisted software workflows. AI-generated outputs, repository recommendations, notes, and checks may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and approving all code, configuration, deployments, and business decisions.

Ownership

AiML SuperAgent, its website, design, documentation, product concepts, trademarks, and service code are owned by their respective owners. Open-source repository content is governed by the license stated in that repository. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our service or brand to you.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on Stripe, Vercel, analytics providers, database providers, AI model providers, Git hosting providers, and other third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account, API key, payment, or use of the service violates these Terms, creates risk, or may harm the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time and may request cancellation under the Subscription Policies.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, specific business results, or that AI-assisted recommendations will be correct for your use case.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiML SuperAgent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
