Subscription Plans

AiML SuperAgent may offer free, monthly, annual, and custom subscription plans. Plan names, included credits, project limits, and usage limits are shown on the pricing page or in a written order, checkout page, or invoice.

Billing And Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year until canceled unless the applicable checkout, invoice, or written order states otherwise.

  • Core annual checkout is currently priced at $216/year unless a different amount is shown at checkout.
  • Core monthly checkout is currently priced at $20/month unless a different amount is shown at checkout.
  • Pro annual checkout is currently priced at $1,080/year unless a different amount is shown at checkout.
  • Pro monthly checkout is currently priced at $100/month unless a different amount is shown at checkout.
  • Taxes, card network fees, currency conversion, and Stripe-related billing details may be handled by Stripe and may vary by location.

API Keys And Access

After successful Stripe Checkout, AiML SuperAgent may issue a customer API key. The key is shown once on the success page and must be stored securely by the customer.

  • We store only a key prefix and hash, not the full plaintext key.
  • Lost API keys may need to be rotated or replaced.
  • API keys may be suspended for non-payment, cancellation, abuse, compromise, or violation of Terms.

Cancellation

To request cancellation, email billing@aimlsuperagent.com from the email address used for checkout. Include your subscription email, plan, and any Stripe receipt or invoice reference available.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges after processing. Unless required by law or stated in writing, cancellation does not automatically refund past charges or unused time.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case. Unless required by law, paid subscriptions are non-refundable after service access, API-key issuance, or usage. We may approve refunds for duplicate charges, clear billing mistakes, or other circumstances we determine are appropriate.

  • Billing issues should be sent to billing@aimlsuperagent.com.
  • Refund requests should include the checkout email, date, amount, plan, and reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment method and bank.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, Stripe may retry payment or request updated billing information. We may suspend or limit subscription access, API-key access, credits, or account features until payment is resolved.

Plan Changes

We may change plan names, features, credits, limits, pricing, or availability over time. If changes materially affect an active paid subscription, we will handle the change through the checkout, invoice, account, email, or renewal process as appropriate.

Usage Limits And Credits

Plans may include credits, usage limits, project limits, session limits, or rate limits. Unused credits may expire at the end of the billing period unless a written order states otherwise. Usage limits are intended to protect the service and keep pricing predictable.
