Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the AiML SuperAgent website, checkout, subscriptions, API keys, documentation, templates, and related services. It is part of the Terms And Conditions.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use AiML SuperAgent to break the law, attack systems, bypass service limits, or harm people, infrastructure, accounts, data, or third-party services.

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, billing, rate limits, access controls, monitoring, or security protections.
  • Do not upload, submit, publish, or process malware, credential theft tooling, spam tooling, exploit kits, or instructions intended to compromise systems.
  • Do not interfere with, overload, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service except as expressly allowed by law or written permission.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, share, publish, or expose API keys, tokens, generated credentials, private endpoints, or account access.

Sensitive Data And Secrets

AiML SuperAgent is designed to help AI coding assistants work with scoped project memory and safer workflows. You remain responsible for controlling what information you provide to the service.

  • Do not submit production secrets, private keys, access tokens, regulated data, protected health information, payment card numbers, or highly sensitive customer data unless the service explicitly supports that use in writing.
  • Rotate any credential you accidentally expose through code, notes, logs, prompts, screenshots, or support requests.
  • Use environment-variable storage, secret managers, and repository ignore rules for credentials.

AI-Assisted Output

AI-assisted output can be incomplete, insecure, or wrong. You must review, test, and approve all code, configuration, deployment, legal, security, and business decisions before relying on them.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, rate-limit, revoke, rotate, or terminate access to accounts, API keys, subscriptions, or related services when needed to protect customers, the platform, third-party providers, or legal compliance.

Reporting Abuse

Report suspected abuse, exposed credentials, or security issues to info@aimlsuperagent.com. For billing issues, contact billing@aimlsuperagent.com.
